She is a regular ranching wife and mom who is simply sharing her tried and true way of beating sugar addiction and losing weight.

How long will it take me to see results?

Of course, every body is unique and results will vary. Most people feel results, on the inside, immediately after starting the Cowgirl Up Diet eating plan. Some notice the scale move within the first 24 hours, others take longer. Andrea recommends sticking with the eating plan exactly as laid out for three weeks to see the best results.
